My name is Offiong Bassey. I am a multidimensional executive leader and strategist with over 15 years of experience leading at scale — architecting transformation and building structures that turn complexity into clarity and sustain growth. Across technology, healthcare, and public good institutions, I have guided teams through shifting markets, evolving technologies, and catalytic moments that demanded alignment and foresight.
 
I help organizations shine together by unlocking the brilliance that emerges when they align. I do this by connecting across domains to build momentum and shared vision — a strength I’ve honed across a career that bridges industries, roles, and capabilities.

My path has carried me through Fortune 5 enterprise (CVS Health), global technology (Dell Technologies), Big Three consulting (Bain), and emerging ventures. I have led through complexity — launching SaaS portfolios, scaling business intelligence functions, and aligning post-merger organizations for sustained growth. In one global initiative, I brought together cross-functional teams to apply AI/ML tools that revealed what truly moved buyers and redefined how we connected at scale.

I have led teams of over 200 across six continents, aligning stakeholders and creating rhythms of agility that endure. I have designed initiatives that incubated innovation and helped teams turn vision into reality. Whether scaling systems or shaping what’s next, I help organizations deepen connection, grow with resilience, and protect both mission and margin.

I’m a Yale University graduate, with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in Pragmatic Marketing. I’ve been recognized by RevBoston’s Top 20 Female Tech Leaders and McKinsey’s Executive Leadership Program. I speak on business transformation and mentor early-career professionals across industries.

The blessing of motherhood — three times over — deepens my sense of legacy and lifts my gaze toward the future I want to help shape. I stay engaged in education and faith-based initiatives, and I’m also a singer and producer who finds joy in creative expression. These dimensions of my life keep me aligned in purpose and in rhythm.

Which brings me back to my name. Offiong Bassey means “God’s Moon” in my family’s Nigerian language of Efik — a reminder to reflect light in all that I do. Still shining.
